Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 / 2022 vintage bottle. Aroma is somewhat fruity with notes of apricots, nectarines and lemon with hints of pear. Light earthy, herbal mustiness. Light oak notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, copper-orange color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium light earthy, herbal mustiness. Medium light lemon and stone fruit notes. Light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid gueuze. I like this better than the Jean-Paul as it's a bit less fruity and a bit more complex. It has a little more funkiness as well. Very crushable.

Bottle. Clear deep golden, small white head. Some dried fruits, but also a ton of cheesy cellar, oak, white wine and a hint of sulphur. It has a lot of 'old' oaked cellar notes, but there's a fruity brightness that lives it up. Medium sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied but the somewhat dry finish and below average carbonation make it feel more light. Lovely geuze.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep golden, small head. Citric nose with barnyard and apricot. Tart with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly citric with stonefruit and horseblanket. Mid bitter finish. Lovely, complex gueuze.

Taste is sour, tart, acetic, funk with pale malt, grain, biscuit, toffee, citrus rind, and drying bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Osprey. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a frothy, white topping. Light sweet flavour with mellow funk, tangerine, bit of salt, drying pale wood, grass. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, more citrus notes, pale wood, grassy hops, subdued funk. Excellent.
