Draught Very good white head over golden, clear beer. Bit grainy/starch flavours - probably the rice. Clean flavour with very dry impression of other grains and some herb. Generally quite bitter. Slick, drier than ordinary lager. Lower carbonation. Kombu might be seaweed, no salty notes (no problem).

8 June 2023. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!
A: clear pale golden, small, foamy, white head.
A: bread crust, rice, cereal, yeast, unripe pear.
T: sweetish pale malt, cereal, perfumey rice.
F: grassy hops, bitter yeast, rice, straw.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Fades relatively quickly, but interesting enough to revisit.

19/VIII/22 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company, BB: n/a (2022-1038)
Clear pale yellow beer, creamy dense white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty floral start, rose water, lychee, fruity notes, biscuit malts, digestive cookies, a little peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty bitter start, grassy, hay, wort, a bit watery, grassy, some lime peel, bitter and hoppy. Aftertaste: very dry, sharp bitterness, metallic notes, more citrus, a little chemical, unpleasant bitterness, dirty touch, hint of sulphur maybe?
