After a crazy 1st year, we knew we had to brew a special IPA for the 1st Brewery and Pub Anniversary.
We boosted our flagship IPA base with a tad more malt and loaded it with a tad more hops than we usually would – all varieties from Down Under.
Galaxy, Ella, Topaz, and Eclipse (Spectrum) converge, releasing their energy into a powerful, double dry hopped stonefruit star.

Hazy golden with a white head - Hop aroma with tropical fruit and citrus - Malt bodywith a good fruity hop flavour and bitterness - Ho flavours goes into a fruity bitter finish - This was good

44cl can. A murky yellow golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, yeast, yellow fruits, some dank. Taste of strong wheat malt, yellow fruits, yeast, mango, citus. Moderate bitterness.
