Can at home, shared with Barbara, although she didn’t like it, so I had to drink most ! 15th September 23. Pours a light hazy pink, aroma is raspberries, tart fruits. Taste is berries, not so much cake or coconut, tart, it’s alright

25 March 2023. At Innis & Gunn, Edinburgh. Shared with the lovely Anke!

A: cloudy pink, no head.
A: coconut, lychee, lavender, raspberry, elderberry.
T: sour raspberry, blueberry, coulis, wheat.
F: tart raspberry, yoghurt, lactic acid and subtle coconut.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Nicely fruity, just the right amount of coconut.

Overpowering nose of raspberries, taste also raspberries and the pastry (not) sour. But I don't get the coconut at all!

22nd April 2023
Can. Hazy pinky watermelon colour beer, small pale pinky head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Ripe raspberry, rounded and fairly rich. Some citrus, ripe orange. Obvious coconut blends reasonably well. A fairly dry finish. Hmmm, not as crushable as I was hoping. Bit dry and a bit tart on the raspberry side. All right, not outstanding.
