Schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch mit Kokos. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Kokos, Schokolade und etwas Vanille. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Ein recht intensives Stout, das eine Extraportion Kokos mitbringt. Dazu ein bisschen Vanille, Milch und Kirschliköraroma. Das macht es schwer zu trinken, aber auf der anderen Seite bekommt man einen coolen Aromenbogen, der viel Freude macht, wenn man sich darauf einlässt. Kein Bier für alle Tage, aber besondere Tage.
