330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly perfumed, spicy-fruity aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of hibiscus, honey, minimally phenolic and buttery overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, minimally citrusy fruity, minimally perfumed spicy-fruity, hints of honey, a touch of lemon and hibiscus. Creamy watery texture, smooth and soft palate with an almost slimy strand, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Far from traditional/quite experimental, nice honey touch, maybe a nice composition overall with better adjusted dosage of adjuncts - improvable.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', best before February 2025. A bit hazy, deep amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, quite herbal-spicy aroma of coriander, lots of honey, lemon peel, vanilla and light clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and quite herbal-spicy taste of coriander, lots of honey, vanilla, lemon peel and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting, rather unique beer, a bit unbalanced though.
