Fruity and grassy-leafy, hoppy aroma, hints of passion fruit, whiffs of cream and vanilla, citrusy overtones, rather neutral, pale malty background. Taste is grassy-leafy and fruity, minimally citrusy hoppy, unobtrusive pale malty basis, hints of passion fruit, cream and vanilla. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively light and fruity for a Bock, slim malt body - nice.

Maisel & Friends Bockville, Fläschchen aus dem Schnapsstodl, Kirchehrenbach. - Lichtes Goldbraun, leicht hefetrüb. - In der Nase satte, breit zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, die feine exotische Noten (Kiwi, Mango, Pampelmuse) mit trockener Zitronenschale verbindet. - Antrunk fett getreidig hellmalzig mit Kandissüße, Hefe, Vanille und Honig, aufgelockert durch breite aber etwas verwaschene zitrusfruchtige Hopfung mit süßlicher exotischer Frucht (Mango, Aprikose). Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang milde zitronige Bittere. - Ansprechend gehopfter Bock mit schöner exotischer Note, rund und nur wenig bitter. Müßte etwas kerniger sein, um mir zu gefallen. Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, and straw, almost buttery fat, leading to a dry finish.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with kiwi, mango and citrus. Sweet fruity and malty flavour.

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2023. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, pale malt, some melon, citra. Moderate bitterness.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before December 2023. A little hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, quite fruity-floral, moderately grassy aroma of gooseberry, pineapple, passion fruit and hints of fresh grass. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of passion fruit, pineapple, lemon peel, some carambola and light honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Super fruity Bock, very pleasant to drink. Good!
