Keg at Moeder Lambic. Clear pale golden body with a thin white head no visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and salted lemon. Flavour of musky lemon and pear drops. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft finish. Very tangy and tasty.

28/IX/23 - 33cl can from La Source (webshop), shared @ home, BB: 22/V/25 (2023-789)

Clear gold yellow beer, big creamy irregular white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: ooh, lovely, lots of citrus up front, intense grapefruit smell, some tropical fruits, juicy, passion fruits, very nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: some alcohol up front, some citrus, pleasant bitterness, grapefruit, some tropical fruits, papaya. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, some citrus, ripe tropical fruits, mango, good stuff!

33cl can, partagée avec Kevin au Thronefest Kuurne.
BB 22/05/2025 (deux ans sur une IPA?), lot# P 679/680.
Couleur dorée, col épais crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme est frais sur les agrumes mais avec un apport plus marqué du Mosaic - le tout rehaussé par une base de grains rappelant une IPA US plu classique.

Palais sur un malté pils, pâle clean et crisp toute en légèreté - le tout appuyé par un excellent houblonné oscillant entre les agrumes - pamplemousse, et un léger résineux et tropical.
IPA de belle facture, classique américaine de bonne facture.
