Poured from 650mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Bourbon, soft cinnamon, touch of wood, hint of coconut on the finish.

Dark brown. Thin head.The aroma has a nice coconut and bourbon character, with a chocolatey note as well, touch of cinnamon. Lots of bourbon, and chocolate toffee sort of things. Pretty boozy, with a mellow coconut that rounds it out. There's a lot of things going on here - it's not the most refined but it is quite good because all the flavours are excellent.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is complex, with lots of coconut, rich bourbon, a touch of cinnamon, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rich and cohesive, with lots of dark sugar, bourbon, coconut, cocoa, and a hint of maple syrup. Lots of bourbon, chocolate, and a touch of coconut on the finish. Beautiful blend.
