Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma has an interesting melange of spices—ginger, cinnamon and other stuff I don’t recognize—with very subdued honey. Flavour is dry and spicy, with lots of juniper and other spices, and dry floral honey. There’s definitely a good amount of honey in here but I’m rarely a fan of these dry meads. Well-made but not for me.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear blonde. Dry honey and some herbal notes on the nose. Flavour is very dry for a mead, honey comes across fairly thin and the herbal components aren't particularly distinct. Not terribly interesting.

Sweet, sour, alcohol, booze, honey, melon

Pours clear, pale lemongold. Scent is lemon-like, fresh. Taste is sharp, lemonlike, pot-pourri, dry, sharp and powerfull mead.

Very original taste due to spices. A bit of cinnamon, orange peel. A bit watery. But also not too sweet. Very good.
