Tåkete gul med hvitt skum. Lukter sure bær og gjær, får noe hvitvinfølelser. Lett. Fruktig, noe sur. Smaker sure stenfrukter, noe sitrus, korn og trevirke. Middels lang.

Monday, 1st April 2024; Monthly gathering in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Five guys with beers to share and stories to tell. Cheers mat for the 37.7cl bottle of this; BB 31st December 2024. Misty pale yellow body, wispy white head. Lemon/citrus front back and sides, slightly sour/tart feel throughout.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Brought by me. Floral lemony aroma. Great crisp mixed ferm bite on initial sip, soft lemony floral shades emerging on the palate with a pleasant citrussy hoppy side. Very well presented!

Draft @ La Tana.
Pâle/dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est frais fruité - agrumes, lékger citrique avec un rétro-nasal brett marqué, l'apport houblonné plaisant mais discret avec un appui sur le florale et agrumes. Pointe de barrique.
Palais sur un cracatère brett rustique, finement 'sour' que je trouve en meilleure balance que des versions plus anciennes de Sieman. Léger sec en bouche, houblonné plus discret avec une sorte de DLS dans les bretts - agrumes et léger pamplemousse.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy yellow. Lots of brett, funky, cobwebs, fruitiness, oak, sour, bitterish note. Really good.

On tap at Vilaggio della Birra 2022. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Funk, citrus, some stone fruit, wood, quite sour. Medium bodied.

5/8/2022. Keg at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is funky, woody, citrus, musty, fungal, sour peach. Light sweetness, medium bitterness, very sharp sourness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Quite super.
