These Good Food Dudes are Utrecht's best kept secret, serving the tastiest comfort food in our lovely town. To celebrate our partnership we brewed Papi Pils. This Italian lager is a crisp bottom fermented beer
with the dry hop with old-world hops adding character
and comfort.

Can at the brewpub at Michiel’s bachelors. Crisp, lightly citric, somewhat grassy, with a hint of malt sweetness in the background. Goes down extremely easily

33cl Blik van Sterk. Licht mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht bloemig, citroenschil, fris, licht moutig, iets grassig, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Prima.

Pours a clear yellow golden colour and a white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma's: very fruity (almost sourish), a bit grain/hay. Retronasal: fruity sourish. Flavour is light bitter with some sour fruit. Light bodied. Moderate bitter finish.

Can. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malt, grain, hoppy. Taste: Crisp, malty with a nice grassy hop backbone. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body. Average carbonation. Dry-ish and bittery finish. Nice and refreshing.
