Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment. Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent British brewery at Tadcaster. There it is blended with pure organic cherry, strawberry, raspberry or apricot fruit juices and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

Bottle at Bishops Arms Sundbyberg. Reddish/amber with a small head. Sweet with grain, artificial cherry and some bread. The body was light. A boring one to be honest.

Deep purple red color. Massive slightly sticky cherry nose. Overpowering. Medium carbonation, sweet not overly complex. Meh

Clear red color. Strong cherry juice aroma with cherry pits and almonds. Sugary sweet cherry flavor with anis and vanilla. Fantastic aroma, but the flavor disappoints somewhat.

Pours darkrr ruby red, topped with smaller and nonlasting white head. Quite intense sweet, syrupy cherry nose. Sweet cherry start with some soury cherry hints and milder bittery feel in the finish. A bit too sugary sweet, but ok.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 (Day 3) - red amber pour with a white pinkish head. Light tart fruity with prominent notes of cherry fruit, light to medium body, cherry fruity close.

550ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy red with a medium, foamy, long lasting, pink head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma dominated by cherries. Sweet fruity flavour of cherry, wheat malt, bread and earthy yeast with a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. An easy drinking, tasty fruit beer (for those who like cherries).

Bottle from beerhive. Nose is amarena cherry, a tad artificial. Palate is the Same sweet cherry at the start, then some bitterness with cherry mixed in, which works better. Doesn't work as well as the apricot one (which I might have overrated a year ago). Ok.

355ml bottle shared with Steinar at the Samuel Smith’s pub Angel Inn. Diminishing pink coloured head leaving lacing rings on the glass. Next to clear, deep amber-red body. Berry skins on the nose. Taste of sweet cherry juice and almond. Ends sweet. Not a favourite, way too sweet. (Leeds 04.07.2017).

Bottle shared. Pale red. Nice head. Smells like a cherry flavoured yoghurt, you know those artificial cherries...Taste follows aroma and also features some sourness and hoppy bitterness. It’s alright for a novelty beer but I couldn’t drink a bottle on my own.
