As an ode to that one classic brewer's favourite trappist beer we bottle fermented it with Brettanomyces veast. Fruity, funky and delicious!

Tap at the Van Moll fest, courtesy of the Kromme Haring crew. Nice Belgian pale with a funky twist, estery, citric, with fruity brett expressions, light, refreshing, chuggable.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Brett funk, fruity notes of stone fruit. Taste: Brett, earthy, rural funk, grassy hop, fruity citrus (orange and lime) and subtle stone fruit notes. Dry hoppy and Brett finish. Just below medium body, just under average carbonation. Another nice Brett beer from Dutch masters De Kromme Haring.
