Drinkable and solid. Clear amber pour with short, bubbly head that fully dminishes. The aroma is full of grapefruit juice and orange peel. Hints of flowers and perfume. The flavor is moderately to heavily bitter, lightly acidic and moderately sweet. Medium body, slightly chewy with a sticky finish. The bitterness sticks around for a long time.

Bottle. Pours an orangish copper body with a pretty big hops aroma. Grapefruit and pine are the main draws in the nose and also run a bit wild in the flavor... getting a bit out of control and taking the whole thing over. Don’t get me wrong, they are really nicely done, but I bet anything that with just a little aging this would be fantastic as the malt presence starts to assert itself just a little more. Still, a really nice drink in the dead of a blizzard.

Bottle. Pours apple juice colored with thin but frothy head. Sour aroma, yeasty, hoppy and lemony (some pine). It takes a downturn right near the end, with a bit of unpleasant sourness, but overall the hops are well balanced and scrumptious.

Pours from the 12oz bottle with a transparent, ruby, bronze, rosy color with a white, slightly creamy head. Smells very nice, spicy, pine and citrus hops and slight malt. Flavor is dominated by the hops, grapefruit and lemon flavors, with touches of pine and soap. Finish is lasting bitterness and the heavy alcohol warmed my mouth and cheeks. Not bad, but I’ve had better IIPAs.

Clear deep gold color under a fleeting white head. Citrus and pine aroma, maybe a bit of mango in there. Underlying malt sweetness too. Lightly bitter flavor profile with some building dryness in the finish. Not as sweet and heavy bodied as many of these Imperial IPAs can be, which is nice.

Pour is a nice orange with a small white head. Aroma is a huge grapefruit bomb! Hops aplenty come up in the nose. Flavor is hoppy with notes of pine, grapefruit and dark chocolate. No real malts show up but im thinking they were not going for that. Decently hooped and at a decent price makes this one to look for.

The beer pours a completely clear orange copper color with a small head. The aroma is strong on West Coast DIPA, resin-y, oily, and sweet fruity tea. Taste is again a sugar sweet tea hops that are lightly bitter. A light beer, kind of thin and really lacking the complexity of the DIPA they made 2 years ago. But fine enough for a session West Coast copy.
12oz bottle, Ommegang 10th Anniversary elongated goblet glass.

Bottle. Nice pine hop aroma. Orange amber color with a white head that left quickly. Medium body with almost chewy carbonation. The flavor is citrus fruit, resin and caramel. The finish is really dry, and the bitter just does not quit. There’s probably enough malt to balance the hop, but who’s counting?DIPA or regular, it’s quite a nice drink, and I recommend it go to year round distribution.
