Whitish head gone in seconds; very clear and light-golden beer, very carbonated. Rosemary very obvious, faint citrus, Szechuan pepper and dry rootspices. Bit pharmaceutical - the hops? Citrus, and again a +/- pharmaceutical/sparandrap touch. Quite sharp, lactic acid. Lipsmacking acidity, acidburn and -thinning; good carbonation; quite light and refreshing. A real summer beer, if a tad too sharp.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden straw. A lot of Rosemary, wheat, lactic sourness, sage, orange, tangerine, light white cheese. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Crisp medium body. Quite nice!

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Funky, thyme, tart tangerine, lime. Taste: Thin body, medium tart lime and tangerine, pretty strong thyme notes. Very light bitterness. Wood notes. Long lasting dry, herbal and fruity tart finish.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells rosemary, oranges, lime, citric, herbal. Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes rosemary, lime, flowery, citric, grassy, herbal. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of with notes of rosemary, lime and citric notes. Very nice one, very refreshing
