The complement to the Hazy had to be easy-drinking, approachable, and low calorie, yet full of flavor and authenticity. We used a combination of Cologne and Pilsner malts and Hallertau Traditional hops to create a refreshingly complex Kolsch-style ale. Its sturdy caramel malt flavor is perfectly balanced by the citrusy hops, leaving a bright and crisp finish. The quintessential embodiment of "ALL DAY. EVERY DAY"

Pours clear gold with a small white head. Smells mostly of grainy malt. It has a mild, malty flavor with a little hops bitterness. Light bodied. Eh. Not too bad.

Can, with plenty of coding, but nothing I can make a date out of, drunk 1/9/25.
Clear brass with light copper/golden. Large, white head.
Hmmm, this can doesn't smell much like the last one I had. This is mostly caramel and oxidation with a hint of wort. I guess this can oxidized but a can from the same 12 pack didn't. That one actually smelled and tasted like a Kolsch. I'll update my review once I try the next can. But this is a lot of caramel and oxidation, albeit with a bit more body than usual for a NA beer. And it's fairly clean with only minimal wortiness. Slight herbal hop edge, slight seltzer/pretzel character.

Mild grain nose. Clear yellow, thin head. Seltzer water, mild feet and grass. Queer mild tartness. Light body, easy carbonation.

Tangy lime and cloying grossness. Finishes with a lot of cloying tang. I don't have a clue why you'd make a N/A kolsch, of all things to make. Probably like many kolsches, they started out trying to do something else and screwed up. Can shared at tasting.

Can. Poured a light yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was pleasant, biscuit, grassy. Too sweet, malt water. Not good.

Aromas are serial, malt and a touch of spice. Flavors are similar to nose with cereal coming out more. Good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Mildly sweet finish. Not bad for an NA of this style.

12 oz can poured, from Chuck's. Really nicely put together NA kolsch here, and really refreshing to go with a lasting flavor profile. Lighter pale golden pour. Aromatic with cereal grains, and lemon grassy notes. Cool fronted flavor, clean and crisp carb, moderate straw grain, an a hint of a lemon zest. Really nice kolsch here. Could enjoy this brew year round.
