Keg draught at BrewDog Nottingham. Brownish gold and hazy with a shiny beige head and some lacing. Candied orange peel, sweet caramel, some floral notes on the nose. Tastes sweet in the first instance with candy sugar and some spicy rye, morphing into an incredible bitterness. Thick, full body with medium carbonation. Man this is incredible.

Nose is bitter orange, rye bread, grains, grapefruit, light spice, orange marmalade, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, light hop spice, pine needle, grass, grapefruit, bitter tropical fruits, ripe melon, touch of caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent example of a Rye IPA ... good bitterness and restrained sweetness.
