Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, mild herbal and grapefruity tones. Flavour is citrus, some mild herbal and some mild catpissy and burnt rubbery tones.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, moderate yeasty, minerals, bubble gum. Initial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, wheat, yeast, fruty yeast, minerals, bubble gum, herbs, salty touch. Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Good funky, citric and Bretty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is citric with a woody bitterness. Grapefruit, brett and wine-like tannins.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy light straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of wild yeast and hops, with touches of malt. Dry flavour of brett, with dusty notes and bitter touches of hops. Funky, slightly salty aftertaste with estery touches. Decent.
