Lys ferskenfarget klar. Lukter bakte epler. Fruktig og tørr. Smaker bakte epler, gjær og noe vinøs.

30.10.2024, 0,75l bottle @ hotel room in Sandane:
Nice fizzy mediumlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple peel, sour yellow apples, grass, flowers, leafs, apple cores, yeast. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, unripe apples, yeast, flowers, apple cores, leafs, minerals, hints of winegum. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice aroma...

375 ml clear bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Extremely pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of fresh Norwegian eating apples. The flavour is also fresh, with a distinct fruity acidity, some sweetness but still fairly crisp.

0,375 flaske fra gårdsutsalget, delt med Kitty: klar lys strågylden med kort bruseskum. Nydelig aroma og smak, saftig og velgjørende. Akkurat passe karbonert. Eplesortene som er brukt er Aroma, Discovery og Santana. Matfylket Rogaland er også blitt et ciderfylke!

Solsletta 141222. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur, alcohol. Flavor is apples, sulphur, alcohol, grass, apple core. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml, from trade with Bryne. A headless, lightly sparkling golden colored cider. Apple juice, pear juice, flower notes, some lemon, hints of alcohol and grass in the aroma. A vague touch of apple cores too. It's full bodied and lightly warming, nicely carbonated and with a little sour sting. Quite high carbonation level actually, but not exaggerated, it's more palate cleaning than anything else. There's a light alcohol touch to the flavor, hints of grass and apple cores too, with notes of green raisin, green apple peel, pear and even some lemon juice. Mostly fresh apple and apple juice though. Quite long finish with most of the sweetness washed away by the acidity and carbonation. Yet another great cider from Sandalen. 221213
