Can at home, thanks to Sharon for picking up from Sainsburys HWY sometime before Xmas, 12/01/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pineapple, sugars, strawberry jelly, captures the essence of a rocket lolly rather well. Taste comprises orange zest, pineapple, perfume, sugars, sugar dusting, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced light juicy hop bitterness. Fun enough offering ... better than I'd expected.

440ml can. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a light, slightly watery, crisp, strawberry palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Refreshing, but a gimmick beer at the end of the day.

440ml can from Sainsbury's. Hazy gold with a very lively white head. Sweet pineapple and citrus aroma, flavour delivers on the Rocket lolly promise, with pineapple, Curtis and strawberry flavours in there. A pleasant surprise

Can from Sainsbury's, High Wycombe. Hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Sweetish from the off, with strawberry cordial come the fore. There's a bit of orange squash too, but I didn't particularly get any pineapple, just a kind of a generic sweet shop taste. Behind this there's a thin, cheap-tasting, almost lager-like lemony pale ale that almost but doesn't quite clash with the sweetness. It's a try-it-once-for-laugh novelty beer which should be horrible. Yet it's never as bad as you expect and fear; it's actually quite drinkable. I still wouldn't want it a second time though!

Uklar gromsete gul, med en tynn hvit topp som legger seg rundt kanten. Aroma; tropisk fruktjuice, jordbær, lime, fersken, pasjonsfrukt. Smak; jordbær, lime, fersken, humle, noe hint av pasjonsfrukt. Coffee and Ale House - Aberdeen.

440ml can, Sainsbury's. Hazed golden yellow appearance, white head. Jammy nose. Tart red berries, strawberry, citrus.. but quite simplistic. Expected more actual lolly fruit flavours, the name seems like a way to jazz up an otherwise unremarkable cheaply made fruit beer.

You need to embrace what it is as advertised. It is a lollypop beer, well made but just not ipa and not that enjoyable. Wildeman ams

Can. Bit hazy golden. Strawberries, lemon, watery, soft puke, a hint of hops. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Light bodied. I don’t like it at all.

Can from Sainsburys, Eltham. Golden yellow pour with a white head. Most certainly a strawberry, orange & pineapple aroma, spot of peach yoghurt. Quite a sweet fruit linger on the palate. Similar action in the taste. Quirky drinkable summer brew.
