Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A thick dark brown black coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is rich earthy, alcohol, marker pen. Honey. Flavour is composed brown sugars, coconut, rich, alcohol burn, caramel. Little harsh.

Incredible depth. Luscious dark malts, dark fruits, toffee, vanilla, fudge, toasted wood, raisins, burnt marshmallows, plum, fig. Chocolate cake. Warming, somewhat sticky. Really dangerous stuff. Impressive.
750ml (thx, Shane!). After MBCC 2025 spontaneous session for beered out people.
American oak, dark fruits, inky, bold, some sweetness. A lot of toasted barrel. Boozy. Interesting.

Pours black, no head. Scent is full, very grainy, milder bourbon. Not as hot as some BBT's. Taste is full, roasty, very mild soy. Bit boozy. Roasty, a bit sharp. Lovely, but after trying the amazing 2021 at the same tasting, this is a bit of a let down - more in line with other BBT's in terms of sharpness and boozyness to me. Still a great beer, but at this level, details matter !

Bottle at Kollektiv goodbye tasting. Black with no head. Massive roasted malts, licorice, vanilla, bourbon, earthy, dry spices, alcohol. Solid sweet, medium bitter. Full bodied. Good, but not amazing imho.

Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, dark chocolate, cocoa, dark fruit, vanilla, rich bourbon. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Smooth. 240824
From backlog. Taster, from Bottle, in The park outside Mikkeller & friends, Copenhagen. Black with little head. Roasted Malts, coffee, Chocolate, leather, tobaco, smoke, barrel, bourbon. Smooth!

Bottle, at share, thanks to me. Pours black. Bourbon, chocolate, tobacco, liquorice, biscuit, prune, marzipan, sour cherry, walnut, marzipan, sour plum, almond, port, biscotti, raisin, dried apple, cranberry, orange peel, milk chocolate. Full oily body. Phenomenal.
