Magus, šokolaad, röst, tihke, tummine, vaadine, nats hapukas, alkone, burboon. Hea.
Thanks Brian. Big time bourbon, and chocolate.
Caught up on today’s check ins! Tomorrow is gonna be a shit show!
Thick, boozy, fairly dry. Dark chocolate, bourbon, leathery and spicy, maybe a bit more so than '21. Rich, excellent.

On tap at Side Project Cellar. Black with brownish head. Lots of chocolate, vanilla, bourbon is nicely integrated, light fruity notes, medium to full bodied.

Draught at SP Cellar, 9/29/23. Dark. Inky. No head. Vanilla and very slight roasted acidity from the barrels with plentiful choco-caramel and moderate spiciness on the finish. Love to smell all this vanilla and fruit character despite no actual adjuncts used. Clean, no booze. Very mellow for its young age, with an all around solid, classic stout character (though of course, the classic being in the contemporary IS style). Soft, richly malted, spicy bourbon and moderate acidity all the while playing against the big, dense, sweet malts. Raisin, fig, chocolate, vanilla, lovely, elegant barrel. Big and full, moderately syrupy. Could be just a speck drier? No doubt this will be achieved in time. Clean, no alcohol. Classy.
Massive, bud nice..

Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque black color, no head. Aroma is heavy liquor, heavy barrel aging going on there. Flavor is malts, again heavy liquor, heavy BA, raisins, soy sauce. Heavy bitters as well. Full bodied, heavy, thick. Damn this is heavy but good. A glass is fine but a bottle is too much.
Aw yeah, sweet sweet bourbony chocolate

Bottle at the brewery. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong bourbon, chocolate, licorice, oak, marzipan. Thick body, milk chocolate, roast, wood, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
