For our first beer under the Theogony Project which we named GOD OF GODS we teamed up with our friends from Avon NY, the almighty Mortalis Brewing Company for a unique imperial monstrous stout !!!
We used a big , high-dextrin malt base which we boiled for 7 hours, in order to achieve an oily and extra viscous body almost like crude oil. After the fermentation we dosed this monster with loads of vanilla and few more tons of toffee caramel to create a creme brûlé pastry-like experience.

Tap @MBCC 2024, Green Session. Oily black, tan head. Roasted aroma, slightly jammy. Sweet roasted flavour, boozy, jammy, slightly dusty nutty with a little vanilla.

Can@Skaal, Turku. Pitch black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, liquorice, some slight alcohol and mild tar with a bit of wooden tones. Flavour is chocolate, coffee, liquorice, mild alcohol with some vanilla and mild syrupy tones to it

ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate, cake, vanilla, dark malt, sweet malt, maple, caramel. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish fee lis warming. [20240127]

Smell-malt, coffee, dark chocolate, weak roast, weak sweetness. Foam- quite thick, malt, chocholate, cofee, ropast, candy, alcoghol. Warmth. Head is medium-sized, dark brown in color. Appearance- cool label. Black in color, medium carbonation. From - tulip Taste - malt, weak roast, sweetness, alcohol, dark chocholate. Cocholatey, foamy, roasty alcohol mixed with alcohol. Strong stuff, not as sweet as some other pastry stouts.
