A revisit to our beloved To Øl Classic now new and improved and ready for the taking. The classic version was brewed with mango, but this time our brewers have chosen to stay closer to the classic expression, with coriander and orange peel. The result is a fresh and bright Wit Bier with notes of banana and clove, underpinned by the aromatics of the orange and coriander. All the complex flavors we love in a Wit, freshly brewed by yours truly.

Good, bit fluffy snowwhite head over hazy, well-carbonated yellowish beer. Citrus, wheataromas; fresh, oranges, lime. Herbs, spices & (fake) citrus, bit dull-neutral. Citrus seeps throught into the aftertaste, but turns out a bit dry-bitterish warming up. Quite spritzy to fizzy; slick, light body. Classic. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Can. Pours hazy pale straw medium white head. Aroma is intense yeasty and estery with notes of banana, orange peel, papaya, wet towel and old sports bag. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, light to medium acidic and faint salty. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with intense notes of banana, mango, pineapple, lemon juice, lime zest and again those sour, acrid notes of wet towel, socks and sports bag

Can. Pours moderately hazy light straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with peppery touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grainy and estery notes and sweetish touches of malt. Estery and spicy finish with malty touches. A nice one, well-balanced and tasty.

Can, 4.6%. Good grassy and resiny hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is watery with notes of lemon peel. Not much of the aromatic hops in the flavour. Clean and refreshing, though.
