Een heerlijke hazy IPA met een laag alcohol percentage. Voor de dryhop kozen we Idaho-7 voor smaken van mandarijn en perzik.
IPY is de Egyptische godin van de vruchtbaarheid.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 10 Aug 2023) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, pineapple, grapefruit, peaches and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, peaches, grass and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty, refreshing and highly drinkable. Very nice.

0.44 l can from 'Mr. Hop', canned in August 2023. Very hazy, yellow with a massive, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, minimally dank aroma of passion fruit, pineapple and some gooseberry. Gently sweet, fairly fruity-floral, a little dank taste of pineapple, passion fruit, gooseberry, lemon peel and some nettles, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty stuff, quite good for such a low abv.

Pours a murky/milky pale yellow colour and a white head. Aroma's: super duper dank, pine, resin, citrus zest. Retronasal it's resin, grapefruit zest, sharp citrus, dank. Flavour is bitter and juicy. Light bodied, but not thin. Some hopburn. Long lasting bitter finish. Excellent!
