--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Citric, mildly funky nose with grapes and barnyard. Citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild grapes, slight horseblanket. Mid bitter finish. Elegant.

Sample (21/22, thanks fonefan!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grapes, some tart wood, mild citrus with a bit of acidic elements to it. Flavour is floral, some fruity, evident grapes, some acidity with nice wooden tones to it. Lovely sweetish sour thing.

ABV: 5.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a quick, small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, leather, riesling, wine, white wine, grapes, oak, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart - sour, oat, grapes, riesling, white wine, barnyard, funky, dry, balanced - easy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20240206]

Dorée, col fin blanc disparaissant vite.
Arôme est encore pas mal complexe au niveau du Riesling avec un bouquet classique de l'assemblage de lambic/boisé,/funk repris par un bouquet discret entre pomme, tilleul et léger miel.
Palais est frais, sec voire finement poussiéreux. Douceur un peu latente fruitée, agrumes-citronné, finement herbacé et fleuri / tilelul, fruits confits se mariant bien avec le volet plus acidulé du lambic. Légère minéralité rivalisant avec son voisi Gewurtzstraminer avec e, fin un léger fruité vert.

Bottle from Vinspecialisten, Aalborg. Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light white grapes, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 191023

Light pale haze. Leathery, mellow riesling character. Smooth, gentle lambic.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: nice funk and fruity notes. Taste: same. Overall: good, maybe a bit too dry anda bit acidic.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out fairly pungent white grape skins, barnyard funk, some musty grape, and light earthiness. Flavour is moderately tart, with plenty of white grape skins, light-to-medium acidity, and a touch of funk. Dry, earthy vinous and gently acidic finish. Pretty good for second usage grapes — it's a bit muted — and nowhere close to their regular Oude Riesling.

375 ml bottle, 2021 vintage. Golden body, with a tiny head. Aroma of rustic funk, grapes, wood, Tastes similar, with more citrus. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, moderate acidic, funky, citric, a bit wooden. Beautiful, rustic funk, combined with fresh grapes and some barrel notes. Perfectly balanced, drinks very elegant. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17
