Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours hazy deep purple with a decent pink - purple head. The aroma is crazy funky, musty, dirty barnyard, sweat, bright tartness, manure and blueberry skin. The taste is dry, yet juicy, musty, funky, barnyard, juicy blueberry vibes, manure, earthy, jam, sherbet, minerals and Granny Smith apple. Medium body and soft carbonation. Crazy funky and fruity. Perhaps too much barnyard notes to it. Fun anyhow.

Tap at BeavEx 2017, London. Colour is cloudy deep red with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berries and some sourness. Dry and nice with fresh berries.

Tap. Deep purple color with white head. Aroma is blackberries, cassis, funky, leathery. Taste is cassis, cranberries, blackberries (not sure how myrtille tastes, maybe it's this), yoghurt. Very dry and lovely. Excellent well-balanced fruit Lambic.

@ BXLfest 2017. Couleur quasi pourpre, col fin rougeâtre. Arôme au bouquet, comme attendu, bien fruité avec une belle dominance de fruits rouges qui reste accompagné d’un savant bouquet de lambic, effet funk, finement boisé. Palais est sec venant du lambic, fruité plus en dominance, myrtille sauvage qui confère un fini légèrement râpeux et une certaine épaisseur de bouche. Le tout sur un boisé-sécheresse funk de lambic tirant vers la gueuze qui se rapproche bcp de la mûre. Comme avec les autres versions, intéressant de voir comment ce produit évolue avec une plus longue période en fût.

@ BXL Beer Fest. Hazy red/pink colour, some foam. Nose of lemon, vinegar, red fruit. Taste is tart, funky, fruity. Nice.
