Bottle @ home. Clear deep golden body under a big, foamy head which disappears immediately. Nice aroma of mature apple, cellar notes, some wood and hint of yeast. Taste as aroma, mature apples, mild wood, cellar notes, fine balance between sweetness and acidity. Fine body with long lasting, pleasant aftertaste. A really nice cider without high complexity but refreshing with high drinkability. Fair priced as well.

Aroma of cider apples, apple peel and apple cores, hints of oak and sulphites. Semi-dry flavour with the same elements as the aroma. Very deep golden colour with no head and moderate carbonation. There's a natural tasting honeyed sweetness at first. Decent tannin bitterness adds dryness to the finish.
