Brouwerij Kees are legends of the Dutch brewing scene. Led by Brewmaster Kees Bubberman, they are known world-wide for their great range of beers and dedication to quality. We have been honoured to brew a beer with them and decided to create a light and fresh table beer, a style to be enjoyed with friends under a radiant blue sky. In the glass, its a delicate, hazy pale with aromas of tangerine and hints of rose wafting forth. The first sip is crisp with flavours of mango, followed by juicy pineapple and a floral whisper.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.]] A hazy pale straw coloured pour; lemon sherbert aroma; tart lemony taste and a soft grainy body; then a touch of quinine in the finish. Clean, fresh and very drinkable.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Straw-yellow with a small head. Citrus based hoppy brew with an evident carbonation. At an easy strength but maintains a decent taste with a slight dryness about it.

Keg draught at the Abdication, Daybrooke, Nottingham. Light yellow/gold, hazy with a small white head on top. Gentle floral aroma, some orange peel and perhaps a hint of sweet spice. Tastes sweet - slightly lemony and slightly milky - with a vein of bitterness running through it, a light touch of soap. The bitterness rests on the tongue for the gentle finish. Thin body as befits the ABV and a good dollop of carbonation. Very simple session pale. I liked it.

440ml can from Thornbridge Beer Club - Cloudy lemon body, solid white top. Nose is zesty citrus, grainy. Sharp citrus hoppy, bigger and bolder than its ABV, light sugary finish. Really good.
