Can. Color: Black, brown head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Coffee, earthy, roasted malt. Taste: Very dense, oily and smooth mouthfeel. Roasted malt, coffee, earthy. Dark chocolate notes. Molasses. Full body, below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Boozy hints. Great, super dense, no-nonsense Imperial Stout.

33cl Blik, dank Ruud! Zwarte kleur, beige-bruine kraag. Vrij zoet, brownie, melkchocolade, gebrande mout, wat koffie, moutig, caramel, bitterzoet. Volle body. Had iets meer verwacht na eerdere anniversary-bieren.

0.33 l can from 'Ace Drinks', best before February 2026. Pitch black with a thin, slightly creamy, almost stable, brown head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty aroma of toasted hazelnut, dark chocolate, vanilla, some coffee and a touch of coconut. Rather sweet, malty, fairly roasty taste of lots of dark chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, coffee and some coconut, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter finish. Full body, very smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Great pure Imperial Stout, very rich and like liquid chocolate. Here's to the next eight years!
