Drunk at Bang in Belper. Pinkish dark gold, impenetrably murky with no head. Overripe orchard fruit, some US-sryle non-alcoholic apple cider. Tastes sweet, light notes of pear skin with light dryness on the finish. Sets my teeth on edge but in a good way! A decent drink if less aggressive than I'd have thought.

BIAB at Ciderdog Cider Festival, Miller Pub on Saturday 15Jul2023. Hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple & pear. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, pear, floral, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
