On tap at the Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Bristol 3/10/2024. Hazy yellow in colour and flat. An easy to drink cider, with plenty of bittersweet apple character, some yeasty rustic notes and a dryish finish. A very drinkable modern cider.

BIAB at Ciderdog 2023, Miller London. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of funk, apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, mellow, hay, funk, with soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bladder Bag at the Royston, Broadstairs, 13/05/23. Hazed orange with a fast escaping white head. Nose is tangy apple, light funk, straw, wood must, bittersweet apple. Taste comprises apple, light funk, caramel, tannins, orchard fruits. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent drop ... good balance of sweetness and bitterness.
