We have blended four of our principal apples to make this delicious sparkling cider. Bramley, Dabinett, Michelin and Ellis Bitter give this fast paced cider a beautiful aroma, colour and taste. At 5.6% it's a wonderful drink, best served chilled.

11/6/2025. Bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright golden with a small frothy white head and lively effervescence. Aroma is juicy apple, apple skin, touch caramelised and baked. Medium sweetness, mild bitterness and tartness. Medium body, sparkling carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty decent.

500ml bottle from Ad Astra Cidery. Pours clear gold with a pleasant carbonation. Aroma of assorted medium apple fruit. Taste reveals a lovely tannic presence that caresses the cider apple fruitiness, light woody shades, gentle bitterness. Generally very well rounded. Lovely.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 30/07/23. Clear golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is apple skins, straw, hedgerow, light orchard wood. Taste comprises apple skins, orchard wood, light caramel wafer, tannins, straw. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Pleasant enough refresher.

500ml bottle from Ad Astra. Clear sparkling golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of fruity apple, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, some skin & core, alittle funk, some light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
