Keg at the 73 Enid Street. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody bark, dryish apple, mellow funk, plastic container. Flavour is composed of spicy fuzzy apple, fruitella, some woody tannin, green apple, bark. Sharp fizzy apple. Palate is tart, fizzy, highish fine carbonation. Solid, authentic cider. Refreshing.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 18/12/24. Pale golden yellow topped with a lasting white cap, carbonation evident. Nose is crisp apple, sugars, straw. Taste comprises apple skins, icing sugar, tannins, light orchard wood notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Simple summers day crusher ... shame it's a week before Xmas!

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 25 Nov 2022) Pale yellow colour with brief head. Fruity nose with apples, citrus and grass. Fruity taste with notes of apples, grass, honey, citrus and a dryish finish with a balanced tartness. Medium body, dry. Easily drinkable, well balanced and refreshing. Quite nice.

440ml can from Against the Grain. Golden colour, white foamy head and aroma of apple, musty, fruity, yeast hint. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some core & skin, with alittle drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart fruit finish. Quite drinkable.
