Keg draught at the Outpost, Liverpool. Light gold and hazy with a small layer of white head. Typical NEPA aroma but scaled down a couple of notches: I'm getting gentle notes of cantaloupe, apricot and melon. Taste: woah. There's a massive injection of mint at the fore. This fades to reveal sweet tropical fruit flavours, leading to an unexpected dry bitterness. Light to medium body, extreme carbonation. In the 'weird but nice' category.

Can from BeerGB. Appearance - murky orange with a foamy white head. Nose - apricot and pungently ripe melon. Taste - dried orange and apricot. Pungent tropical again, more in the direction of guava this time. Palate - medium bodied, tangy middle and finish. Overall - good.

Keg @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Hazy golden with a thin head. Stated tropical fruit notes in both aroma and taste with a low carbonation, fairly flavoursome, but never heavy in this respect.

25/2/2023. Can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Shared at SBGP1. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is grassy, citrus, herb, yeast, slight cheesy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, quite earthy. Moderate body, a little watery and quite frothy carbonation. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy pale golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of fruit, citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grain, fruity, citrus, pine, with floral hop and tangy bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Murked up orange gold. Messy white foam. Nose has some sweet melon. Lime. Mineral. Some berry fruit. Pinch of sweaty cryo hop. Taste is clean mineraly bitter. Hint of sweetness. Easy drinking with fine carbonation. Some dryness. Light bitter linger. Crushable enough, albeit nothing out of the ordinary.
