KYGGE 220423. Golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, plum. Flavor is honey, plum, alcohol, floral, sugar. Nice mead.

Bottle sample at a Yana tasting at Max's place. Deep red-purple. Lots of jammy berries, honey, sweet and sourish, full-bodied, rounded. Really great.

6/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is sweet, honey, plummy, boozy, floral, touch of petroleum jelly. Sweet with a mellow bitterness. Full bodied, sticky, no carbonation. Some alcohol warmth to finish. Enjoyed this.

Superficial sample from Gunnfryds ticker party. Clear golden body with no head. Aroma has mild honey and flowers. Taste is sweet – very sweet honey with a floral touch. Balanced body with a sweet aftertaste. Very sweet and rather one-dimensional.

Bottle. A faintly hazy pale golden colored mead, lightly oily. Honey, flower notes, plum hints and a cardboardy hint. It's full-bodied, warming and oily, sticky sweet, with a fruity, flowery flavor. Some dried fruits, prunes, plums and a vague hint of glue. Sure not my favorite from Marlobobo, although there's some interesting things going on. 230422

Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of honey, plum and floral. Taste is heavy sweet with a long floral, plum and sweet honey finish. Body is full, texture is sticky, no carbonation.

375ml bottle from Brew Cavern. Yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of honey, plum. Taste is sweet, honey, plum, mellow, sugary, floral, syrup. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, sweet plummy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sweet, sticky, fruity. Sweet plums, says red but would have believed yellow, honey. Some sourness, a bit vinous, nice but not at the same level as their others.

Slightly cloudy pale yellow. Big sweet smell, some honey, quite a lot of sticky overripe plum. Sticky, boozy, not thick. Taste is pretty odd, very sweet with still lots of honey, some plum. Combination doesn't really work for me. Very hot alcohol.
