New 🇩🇪 brewery ✅ bitter hoppy and doughy bready malty, toasted grain, cereal, straw, crisp bitter refreshing finish. Very nice.

Clear dark golden with a small foamy head. Roasted malt, straw, hay, basement notes, buttery, vanilla. Dry light metallic bitterness, grainy strawy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry metallic grainy bittersweet finish. A nice rustic Franconian Helles!

Bottle. Unclear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is mild butter, sweet malts. Taste is the same, noble hops, malt sweetness. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Nice!

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has light herbaceous notes, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with herbaceous notes, straw, and biscuity malt. Herbaceous, dry bready finish. Alright.
