Made using a blend of 3 herefordshire apples – dabinett, yarlington mill and stoke red, grown in the best cider fruit terroir in the world. This cider is produced with a very non interventionist approach where the apple is at the centre of production and the flavour.

Pale gold with some spotted foam on top. Has a classic medium cider aroma but decent freshness, some juicy apple juice, skins, light dryness and funk. More of a sweet cider taste wise, somewhat syrupy, slight drying. OK.

Nice! Something a bit funky in there but not sure if it’s supposed to be. Bit of apple sweetness as you’d expect. It’s nice.

Draft @ Brixton Taproom.

Smells like vinegar but actually quite sweet.

On tap at The Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle farmhouse notes and dry apple skins with a light champagne effervescence. Flavour is gently dry, with champagne-like effervescence, some farmhouse notes, and crisp apple skins. Medium sweetness that could be dialled down a bit, but the farmhouse character really shines. Very good.

Keg at Distruption Brewery Tap. Light Switch pulpy aroma. Clear gold. No head. Medium sour apple, followed by a sweet streak. Thin. Light. Dry. Enjoyable cider that balances the sweetness and dryness.
