Our very first own-brand cider! Brimming with juicy flavour from a blend of 3 well known Herefordshire apple. Known for its butterscotch and toffee notes.

Made using a blend of 3 herefordshire apples – dabinett, yarlington mill and stoke red, grown in the best cider fruit terroir in the world. This cider is produced with a very non interventionist approach where the apple is at the centre of production and the flavour.

Keg @ 57 Thomas Street, Manchester. Very light amber with a sweetened and tasty apple flavour, but perhaps a little too carbonated. Has a dry aftertaste.

Keg at Cock Tavern. It pours clear amber with a tiny fizzy head. The aroma is quite sweet, tangy, apple pie, powdery, candied peel, toffee apple. The taste is quite sweet, apple juice, sugary, candy, touch of tannin, leather and apple tango with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. Reminds me of apple tango. A bit sweet to be honest.
