Had this at Eco Smart Apartments Erlangen, Friday 1st December 2023 in the company of Baz and Jude. Pours shark eye black with a dark tan head. The aroma is mostly cakey, but breaking things down we get chocolate a creamy vanilla, some Christmas fruit and nuts, it's a malty beast. These exact same components align in the mouth, it's a thick oily textured beer. Very good.

My first thought when drinking this was it tastes like a cross between a Dresden stollen and a traditional Christmas cake. Fruity, sweet, a little nut, warm booze, lovely.
