Draught at Tørst: pours light orange with white head. Aroma is floral and rather spicy. Dry bitterness. Quite spicy. Nice.

Bottle. Misty golden amber with a thick white head. Aroma of mixed citrus with spices and herbs, light doughy bread. Just about medium bodied with a nice creaminess to it. Soft at first before assertive spices and releasing bitterness. Fruit is there at first - apricot and less citrus than expected but the spices really sweep though. Feels like it teases the fruitier saisons of the last few years and then repudiates them. Obdurate.

Row 34 draught, 10/25/22. Moderately hazy, copper-golden. Butter colored head is large and well-retained. Really interesting, clean, not overly spicy nose. Sacch and Brett ester are very fruity, mildly tart with stone fruit, light citrus and white pepper balancing honey and bread-like maltiness. Good maltiness with the house character bite of pleasingly astringent plaster leading to mild fruitiness and tons of phenolic pepper. There's no Brett in the flavor but it's clean, crisp, hoppy and balanced, tending quite dry and bitter. Not reinventing the wheel here, but this just solid balance and execution. Wow, Fantome is BACK, baby! I wonder what Ernest would think...
