6 3 6 3 12Draft at the brewpub. Cloudy straw with a white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and herbal notes. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Cloudy, old funky foot yeast. Touch tart, hint of citrus to cover up the wonkiness.

Keg at Adda by Striker, Gurgaon. Murky pale yellow, small head. Banana, lemon and grain up front. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Not very firm. Unclean.

(Draught at Adda by Striker, Gurgaon, 6 Nov 2016) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, citrus, grass, some banana and clove. Malty, wheaty taste with notes of bread, clove, citrus and hay. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hardly brilliant, but actually a decent hefeweizen. Enjoyable.
