Mocné komplexní sladové tělo s tóny sušeného ovoce, karamelu a melasy je podtrženo vysokým obsahem alkoholu. Toto pivo zrálo 22 měsíců v dubových barelech se zajímavou historií. Nejprve v nich zrála whisky v německé destilérce Slyrs v Bavorsku a odtud putovaly do severní Itálie, kde v nich pár let zrála grappa. Barely dodávají pivu nádech taninu, kořenitost dubového dřeva a aroma whisky a grappy. Na poslední měsíc jme přidali meruňky, které přidaly svěží ovocnou linku. Skvěle pitelné svěží pivo, pozor na vysoký obsah alkoholu. Na zdraví!

Med-high sweet, med bitter, med-light tannins. Surprisingly clean apricot, medium strength, med grappa. A bit weird combo, but interesting. Good one.

Bottled at Galerie piva Vršovice. Hazy deep amber-golden body, didn't note the head. Caramel, dried figs and light apricot in the aroma. Wood is prominent in the boozy taste, apricot schnapps/rakija, minerally, really nicely woody, and somewhat empty and the same time, with the alcohol building up, getting excessively warming in the finish as you sip it. Really interesting, not necessarily the best thing around in the end though.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- strongly grappa, dried grapes, fermented apricots, wood. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly bitter, strongly warming, strongly grappa, wood, dried grapes. Full bodied. Somewhat overwhelming grappa character, still very good.
