První kyseláč z naši produkce se vyprodal rychlostí blesku, proto jsme se rozhodli ho přidat mezi naše stálice! Philadelphia sour, kyseláč vyrobený metodou kysnutí v tanku pomocí speciálních kvasnic. Ochucený bude postupně různými ovocnými pyré.

The barrel had just given out and I got the last pour, so will rerate when I get the chance. Murky orange body, white head. Jammy, citric, soury aroma, bit of plum jam. Creamy taste, bit oxidized and yeasty, retaining most of the fruitiness, didn't thrill me in the end.

PET bottle 1l from the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- sour, fruity, apple, apricot, pale plums, a bit funky, a bit lactic, bready. FLAVOR- lightly sour, neutral to slightly sweet, slightly bitter, apple, apricot, sea buckthorn. Medium bodied. Very nice sour ale.
