Unfiltered, slightly cloudy ale brewed with Icelandic barley and organic Icelandic thyme in honor of Snorri Sturluson, chieftain at Borg, the manor our brewery is named after. The pungent aroma of the thyme juxtaposes the fresh, fruity taste, giving Snorri a unique character.

Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Floral mid. The Icelandic Thyme is sweetish. Tiny bit of citrus before a light dry finish. All right.

Tap at Skúli Craft Bar. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of thyme and perhaps stone fruit. Different, but it works nicely. Dry. Moderately bitter, but the thyme nicely obscured the malt. A clean herbal flavor. Very nicely done.
