We continue to brew hazy pale ales cause they are highly drinkable with lower alcohol, but still with tones of hops for very hoppy kick.
Do you remember our double NEIPA 'Beerserker Rage' and berserker barbarian on its label?
We also continue with beer label series inspired with creatures and mythology.
Thunderbird and Phoenix, two chicks fighting for eternal glory!
Will the raging Phoenix win because his resurrection ability or will the Thunderbird use his thunderbolts to crush flaming chick?
Very hazy pale ale with tropical and citrus aroma from Mosaic, Citra, Idaho7 and Sabro hops.
We could say it's hazy IPA how much hops we put in it, so expect hoppy kick.

Can picked up from Hos Rune and drunk at home (11/09/2023) - Fruity notes of grapefruit and mango, some sabro pineapple coming in, sweet soft pale malts, balanced light bitter hoppy close. Tasty and quaffable.

On tap @pivnica Medonja, Varaždin. Murky yellow pour, one finger soapy white head, short lasting. Broken lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, citrus and grass notes, light pineapple. Medium body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, smooth, refreshingly fizzy, easily drinkable. Bitter taste balanced with sour notes and mild sweetness, light tart. Yeasty notes, oats. Grass, citruses, pineapple. Juicy. Moderate lingering herbal hop bitterness in the background. Medium to long lasting finish, dry and bitter. Enjoyable.

Can. It delivers exactly what I expected. With the mix of some of hy favourite hops, and well utilized as well, it is very juicy, does not feel messy, but on the contrary easy drinking. Lots of tropical and generally fruity character. Very tasty, very good.

Tap at Goblet. Murky yellow-orange body, off-white head. Herbal, spicy aroma, light orange and vague coconut. Soapy, flowery and citric taste, very soft and light body. Ends quite green with some residual hop bite that doesn't help things. Will rerate once the RBESG crew comes in and gets some, but feels like a rare Pulfer flop right now.
