Hazy Pale Ale, 12° Plato, 4.8% ABV.
Výhradně zélandský zakalený Pale Ale ke grilovaným pochoutkám z Black Dog Beroun. Anglický slad Maris Otter a pšenice vytváří spolehlivý základ i při nízkých 4,8 % Alk. Kombinace Wakatu, Motueka a Pacific Sunrise zase vytváří aroma hromady peckového ovoce, které je dostatečně komplexní, pokud se rozhodnete mu věnovat pozornost, ale taky krásně osvěžující, pokud jen potřebujete zapít sousto šťavnatého hovězího.
Black Dog is a modern Bar&Grill in Beroun and Prague, known for their delicious burgers, tex-mex and….beer. They approached us with the idea of brewing a full-on New Zealand Ale to go nicely with the grilled treats and due to our fondness of souther-hemisphere hops we couldn’t say no. For the brew day guys brought their grill along, so just for a while we became a brewery with the best catering in Central Europe. English Maris Otter malt and wheat create a nice, firm base even at a food-friendly 4.8 % ABV. The combination of Wakatu, Motueka and Pacific Sunrise provides a complex aroma of a bowl full of stone fruit that is complex enough if you care to notice, yet perfectly refreshing if you just need to wash down a mouthful of juicy beef.

Tap at Sibeeria. Murky yellow body, white head. Cookie dough, rose water, citrus and light wild herbs in the aroma. Soft taste, coconut, minty and lightly malty, custardy-oaty, pleasant. Quite well made, I'd definitely have another!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draught at Black Dog, Prague. Hazy, straw colored. AROMA- juicy and floral and grassy, full of citruses, pineapple, peach, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.
