You know the story – once a year, every brewery worth its salt gets all excited about those huge bags of fresh green hop cones that were happily hanging on the bine just a few hours ago in the nearby hop yard. This year we brewed two fresh hop beers based on our core-range lagers. Everyday Life is our traditional single-decocted Czech Pilsner brewed with local floor-malted pilsner malt and 100% Saaz hops. Its fresh hop version brings just more of the time-proven qualities: an intense herbal aroma with some woody quality and pleasant bitterness. Put into the middle of a tightly balanced lager with just enough maltiness to keep it drinkable and brewed only once a year, and it’ll be gone pretty soon.

500ml Can - Golden with a white head. Herbal aroma with notes of elderflower, aniseed and resins. Hoppy and fresh taste with tea, herbs, hop resins and some floral notes. A very nice drop.

Can at NaPalmě. Hazy golden body, a bit dull, thick white head. Flowery hoppy aroma, lovely profile, sweetish. Huge waves of flowery, slightly herbal, woody hops on a light sweetish malty body. Very tasty hop-driven lager, props!
