Z pšeničného sladu se nemusí připravit jen pšeničné pivo. A právě tak jsme uvařili Weißer Boomerang Ale. Pšeničný slad přinesl bílé zabarvení a letní lehkost, která se dobře snoubí s až surovou hořkostí nového českého chmelu Boomerang. Ejlovou charakteristiku pak dodaly kvasnice svrchního kvašení. Opět se jedná o ejl typu smash (Single Malt And Single Hop), tedy je jednosladový a je použitý jen jeden druh chmele.

Weißer Boomerang Ale je bílé letní pivo se silnou vůní citrusů, řádně hořké s tóny černých lesních plodů.

# 4846; 12/2025. Dust, zesty, orange aroma. Murky gold body, lacing white head. Malty, zesty, citrus, herbal. Light body, medium carbonation. Unbalanced wheat ale or not in well condition. 0,4 l, craft-beer pub (Zly casy), Prague.

Draught (Brūstok, Pilsen) - Hazy yellow with a white head. Lemon, orange and some spicy notes in the aroma. Hoppy taste with notes of melon, orange, lemon and spice. Slightly soapy.

Draught @ Sedm Stupnu. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, herbal and fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, light malt, wheat, light grass, herbal hops, light fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 191022

Tap at Slunce ve Skle, courtesy of the brewer! Murky dull yellow body, no head when I got there. Herbal, oniony, fruity atoma, juicy somewhat. Juicy, fruity, wheaty, herbal, oniony taste, soft body (100% wheat!) and an interesting if a bit wild hoppy presence, kinda liked it, and it's always fun to try beers like this, with modern Euro hops.

Bottle 0.75l from Nomad Beer Festival. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- herbal, garlic and other vegetable leaves, apple, cherry plum, flowery, touch of citrus. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite bitter, herbal, flowery, vegetable leaves, bitter lemon peel. Medium bodied. Tasty. Nice Boomerang character.

Irgendwie ist diese Brauerei mit der Brauere Řevnice verbandelt, da sich an der Brauereiadresse ein einfaches Einfamilienjmhaus befindet, wo vermutlich der Braumeister haust. Es ist ein belgisches Witbier, das mit einem neuen tschechischen Boomerang-Hopfen gebraut wurde. Allerdings konnte mich das Bier nicht wirklich überzeugen. So versucht es einerseits belgische Gewürzaromen mit frischer Weißbier-Note zu verknüpfen, was leidlich gelingt. Allerdings haut man dann soviel Hopfenbittere dazu, dass es einfach die Zunge verdreht und man fast würgen muss. Falls es eh nur ein Experiment war, meine Bitte: Aufhören damit und neues Experiment starten
